Hello All Co-Workers

 

I want to give my thanks to the Board of Officers and Co-Workers who volunteered when we hosted the April Convention in Tampa.  It was a great job well done.  Four Co-workers received Academy of Friendship degrees at the Convention.  They were Pat Moore, Rebecca Richardson, Stacie Schraeder and Pat Treleavan.   On May 11, 2004, at our Academy of Friendship Chapter night, the above recipients of this degree were again recognized as they received their Academy of Friendship Rings and Hearts.

Monday night our Ritual Teams have a Fish Fry. So come out and have a good dinner and meet your Ritual Teams.  The two teams take turns in doing ceremonies at various meetings, and the proceeds from these events help to support both teams.

We will have a Steak and Shrimp Dinner on August 14, 2004 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Social Quarters.  Your Youth Involvement Committee would like to see everyone come out for this event.  September 25, we will have a Luau sponsored by the Ritual Teams.

On June 25, 2004, Gloria Ebersole received the College of Regents degree and Helen DuBrock received the Star Recorder degree.  The awards were delivered at the Moose International Convention, Charlotte, NC.  Since the Convention took place late in the month of June, results of the Ladies’ Ritual competition are not known at this writing.  However, we are proud of all of our team members: Marcelle Wetherington, Helen DuBrock, Jan Richardson, Jeanette Ellison, Phyllis Jewett and Ellie Hollowell.
